After completing your observation, use your Focused Observation Notes to start your Coaching Session Summary. You will fill out the majority of the summary with the teacher at your debrief.

Some teachers prefer a whole sheet summary so they can take notes throughout the week and put in their coaching binder. However, a half sheet summary is also available.
